ECs and Admin staff should have access to GEP and LTP information for clients. This would be a great feature for the Partners as well, if they do not already have it.

Would there be a way to include the data source with the info that Astro provides. i.e below vacation balance it would say “data pulled from myMetrics.”

Would it be possible to set a reminder to pull certain report ie revenue and aged invoices? when the reminder comes up to provide them the button/option to pull it/view?

Astro should have an option for us to input how to pronounce our name. Currently, she cannot pronounce my name.

I think it would be helpful for the EC group to see a demo of what the partner Astro looks like. it’s challenging to assist when you don’t know what’s available.

I looked up my contact info and sent a Test text that I received immediately. I also tried to send myself a Test email ,two times, but they did not appear in my email inbox.
