IIt would be great if we could select the source for the to-so list to improve usefulness (vs defaulting to pulling in from google task list). For example, I use the app Todoist for keeping track of tasks .

How about instead of asking for news for a specific client, you just ask “give me the news for my clients” and it pulls a report based on the opportunities you’re listed on or have charged Time to a code.
