This idea is from the PwC Digital Lab:
This bot randomly (or manually) chooses a restaurant from a listing you set up in Excel, then automatically sends out an email with the restaurant selection, link to the menu, and group order Google Sheet to the specified PwC email addresses.
The purpose of this bot is to take out the unnecessary stress of organizing a group overtime dinner order. Instead, the bot turns it into a quick and painless process that takes less than a minute and feels more like a game. While this sounds like a simple task, it often can take upwards of 30-45 minutes between the person searching online for different restaurant possibilities that will deliver to the office, pinging coworkers to ask what sounds good for dinner, and then prepping an email to send to a large group of people of all staff levels.
This bot will help select the restaurant decision process and prepare a group dinner order email in less than a minute. The initial set up will involve building a list of restaurants in your area that the bot will then randomly select from, so the group can work together on deciding potential dinner spots for busy season.
Cannot implement b/c bots are unable to be completed on mobile phones.
