I know astro currently shows "potential question types" by topic category (e.g. "Gaining Client Insights" or "Ethics & Compliance"). But myself, and I'm sure many other PwC folks out there, often think about information in terms of "which internal system do I need to go access to get this info." By understanding which internal systems Astro is connected to (and which it isn't), that would help users understand what kind of questions they can/can't ask (e.g. Vantage, Benefits Express, Salesforce, Concur, eGFS, Digital Lab...etc.). This would prevent users from asking a series of questions all along a similar vein, not getting any results because Astro isn't connected to that underlying system, and then getting frustrated at the lack of responses and using Astro less as a result.
Astro works great when you're asking a bunch of questions and they are all being recognized and you are getting info, but if you aren't in-the-know on what is in/out of the scope of questions it can be a little challenging.
