We have internet users from various organisation who comes to pwc.com to know about the services and finding some information. Astro can help internet user to get the desired information and send a notification to M&S team (prospective client)

A quick user Journey

• User is browsing pwc.com for X service information or X content
• Astro can pop-in while user is browsing and can ask user if user is looking for X information based on browsing pattern.
• User may engage and say can you help me with that please
• Astro will give the user with link or internet microsite within pwc.com
• Suggest the user to reach out to a M&S contact if user need more information

Note: Astro name will not be used on PwC.com and it should appear as PwC Assistant.
